You are probably just a bit paranoid, but you are very correct in that Hampton drivers are the worst...like ever. Ive lived in VA my whole life, and ive found once you get past Richmond onto 81, people magically learn to drive again.

Plus Hampton and VB is heavy military which mean there's drivers from all over. That's why when we get an inch of snow you find cars turned over in a ditch
