good question. I know of a speed shop that specializes in European cars. They do lots of custom work. I'll see if I can find the name of the place and a number. It'll be a hot minute. Don't hold your breathe.

No rush. Trying to save some money right now anyways.
I have a huge list of things I need to do to my car over winter though.

Damn all thought sound like good ideas. I have most of that stuff on my wish list at Z1 along with about 15 other things. And since I'm going to try to do most of the work myself the bench marks are going to be a SC kit and rims. Most of everything else is going to be little at a time. And I don't think I'm going to do much aesthetics. Maybe some black accents here and there but nothing that will break the bank.

At least you already have one... kinda. I'm a little sick of the open-diff. An open -diff should have never even been considered in a car with 330+ motor. A VLSD should have been standard. Or better. But at least a standard. Oh well. At least I'll get what I want installed (OS Giken, anyone?) without having to do any mods to make it work. Kinda why I bought the base model to begin with. Clean slate.

For my wish list:
Phantom Cup kit (especially if I stay in VA) TWM Short Shifter (possibly...doing research on cons) Minor interior carbon fiber accents GTR Plenum (if it proves to provide significant gains) Sway bars (maybe) and then I think I can call my build done...and move on to the Stingray (fingers crossed). |

I drove a 370 with a short shifter. I usually like them. But I always kept shifting into second when I wanted fourth or I'd miss gears altogether and never get into one. It was a little irritating. On the z I think the normal shifter is just fine. But that's just my opinion.
