The photo album looked great though. Yours and your friends.

Thanks Kai, I used to be really into photography. I kind of lost interest for a while but I want to start again.

Cars and Coffee on the 16th. Me and Robin are going. I'd suggest that and hang around somewhere up there for lunch and head back. That's my last thing pretty much until after Xmas... so...yeah.

You either pay $100k+ for a GTR, or you get a Z or an Altima. Pretty crappy imo. No wonder the FRS is kicking *** even with such little power out the door. The supercharger option is $5k. And voila! Fast car. Nissan needs to get their heads into the game. This one-size-fits-all sports car concept is overplayed. Also, they went from an $80k production car to over $100k with not more than a 55hp total increase throughout the years. Kinda ********. $20k. 55hp. Hmmmmm... Well! It ain't my ******* problem. I didn't waste my money on one. |

Like onelownismo said earlier I plan on keeping the 370 for a while, I have no plans to sell it. Eventually I would like it to be my weekend car not my DD. That point is when I will track it a lot more. It's a really good base to work with if your willing to take the time and spend the money. I don't think it's too impressive from the factory though. There are better platforms out there if one wants out of the box performance. And Nissan really does ride a design until it's played out. The Z is in desperate need of a makeover. They can either water it down and make it cheaper or beef it up and charge a little more. I personally hope for the latter of the two but I'm not going to get my hopes up. I wouldn't be surprised if the current Z is as performance based as it gets. We'll see though.

It would be like Nissan getting rid of the base model and non-sport package touring Zs. Any way...if I had the money I would get a Track Edition GT-R. Nissan/NISMO brought a preproduction Track Edition GT-R in Gun Metallic to this past ZDayZ. I have driven a GT-R and IMO it is worth the price.

Barbara and I are in too! Just due to where everyone pretty much lives it might be easier to meet in Hampton depending on if everyone's going. Or at least closer to the HRBT. Whatever works for everyone.

I'll say it again. Agree to disagree. I'm not confused. So before you ostracize me over an OPINION understand that I simply don't see anything big about it. The car itself is not a marvel. It's the computer programming that makes the car. All you have to do is point the wheel. I'm not sure why any purist would even care for a Maxima with AWD and twin turbochargers. Seriously. You want lap times, get a GTR. You want real fun? Don't. The ONLY comments I've heard from people who've driven the GTR are "it's a blast to drive" or "it's so fast". Whoopie-do. Everything else from what I hear is boring. It takes all of the fun out of driving. All I want is a small, two-seater, light, fast, AWD vehicle. I'm hoping someone is going to deliver. Is there anything else you'd like to try to bash me for over this opinion? I mean, while we're calling each other out over a forum and all... |
