But if you tune a manual of the same car with uprev, is this not a good average of what you will get as far as improvement? What I mean is, the improvement happens, even though you cant get a good read with your tranny, right? Or is half the tune wrapped up in the gearing?

A guy on my forum got his car UpRev tuned about a month ago. Looked like in the 4th manual ratio (closest 1:1) he saw around 20hp increase to the wheels across the rev range.
