Is there a cruise being put together for going down from our normal Columbia meeting spot? If so what time should we meet there and expect to roll out?

I'm iffy right now. There's probably an 80% chance I'll be helping my dad out with some house stuff.

Yeah im definitely out, Like I was telling Jon and Steve, I hope its not an experience I had a couple years ago with the benz dealership, and I hope nothing like this happens with you guys. A couple years ago when I had my benz and was part of the MB group, one guy went up to mercedes of chantilly right after they opened and they were real nice, walked him around, said theyd cater to us and all if we had a meet there. Well to make a long story short, we showed up there and he must have pulled every salesman he had to throw us a sales pitch and tried to sell us new Benz's. When we pulled up, they were standing out there in a row just anxious to sell us a new cars. They got so bad we just had to leave. Hopefully Nissan of Bowie isnt like that, I wouldnt imagine they would be.

Google maps says it's about 40 mins from meet location to Nissan of Bowie. Columbia is in the opposite direction from where I live so I will just meet you guys up there at 10.

Someone made the suggestion to roll down together from Columbia for those who want. Shado (yes you Shado), you and I are game already. I guess I can start a list for the MD crew rolling down to Bowie together:

Looks like you guys are already all over cruising down. I say this only because I happen to live about spitting distance away from Nissan of Bowie. Otherwise I'd be happy to lead the cruise.

I think I'm going to head down Pax River Road toward North Beach. I need to be in Richmond at 4, so I'll plan on leaving the meet at 12ish.

If anyone want to follow for a cruise - should be a great local road.

Pretty much all of our Mid-Atlantic meets are open to anyone who wants to come. Sometimes we ask for registration up front, to get a head count for logistical reasons. But we never turn people away from our meets. We actually wave people over, even if they're not in Z's (like a Lotus or an Audi S5 ;) ) at our meets. The more the merrier :tup:

That's a wonderful Area, Randy. I've driven around North Beach and Chesapeake Beach. One of brian128's listed routes goes there. It's all farm roads, very scenic, and very fun.

Unfortunately, I need to get new rubber on the car before I take her out carving corners again, and that will probably be some time next week, after the meet :(
