Coilovers are actually a pretty easy install. No spring compressors needed...
About a 3 hour job.

If you arent mechanically inclined, I can recommend a good shop in the nova area. But its about 45 minutes from falls church. They installed my springs. But what is "a load of money" to you? Let me know if you're interested.

That's Crazy
It shouldn't take a shop more than 2- 2 1/2 hours I had a guy quote me $300 and I thought he was crazy. I waited for a warmer day and had them on in less than 3 hours that's with adjusting them. I do suggest you get an alignment as soon as they settle in (less than 100 miles)

Coilovers are a really easy mod to do yourself, as long as you are minimally mechanically inclined.
I do suggest bringing them to a shop before an alignment to make sure they are adjusted properly. There is actually a science behind setting them up! |
