I just used wheel cleaner to clean the wheels and the calipers. I've done it before without issues, I guess it just slowly ate through the paint and it just got through the final bit of it today.

That caliper paint is super cheap, either chemically with brake cleaner, or with pressure from a spray washer it comes off after about 6 months.
