To prove what? Our cars are both slow? You need to line up next to a Z or 5.0 to get put in your place.

See, here's where I agree with you. I get more driving pleasure out of the S2K than I did the Z or 5.0. It's just more fun and overall a more visceral experience. It's low, it's loud, it's light, it's nimble. It FEELS faster than it really is due to sensory overload.
