I must be going deaf, it doesnt bother me, I guess Im more focused on the road and keeping Nismo from jumping up on the dash than the noise itself.

It also depends on how fast you cruise. At 65 and under its not bad. Above 70 it annoys me very quickly. A lot of noise comes in through the trans tunnel area and the rear convertible tray. I think that's where most of the noise comes through.

I have a sound deadening project I'll be starting in conjunction with my seat work so it should tone it down a lot.

Exactly... thats exactly what Im talking about, and the other thing I like about the s2000, you see one S2000 maybe once or twice a month. Thats it. I mean seriously, how often do you see them? Not very often.
