any of you have an iPhone 5? I'm trying to play music in my car with my new iPhone but my car keeps saying no device recognized when plugged in

any of you have an iPhone 5? I'm trying to play music in my car with my new iPhone but my car keeps saying no device recognized when plugged in through the cable in the center dash.
I was able to do the bluetooth pairing no problem... |
