I wish I could say I was shocked. My sister went to UVA as well and one of her roommates got a ticket for 3mph over as well in Greene county. Since I heard that story, I set the CC for 3 UNDER the limit going through there

I was always uber careful around cville because of all the horror stories I heard about bogus tickets for as little as 1 over.

I would be too. I'm not one to hold a grudge, but if an officer gave me a ticket for 3 over I'd be mad about it too!

Whats even worse is when, I asked him how fast I was going, he said in a real smart azz tone, "3 over" and laughed a little. He looked to be 20 years old with a chip on his shoulder. When he gave me the ticket I told him to have a good day and he just said "watch yourself out there". DOUCHE
