I can easily walk in and show my clean record as reference, not to mention note the variations in speedometers and tire wear can slightly alter a speedo's readout. If it wasnt bumped down to a non-moving at MINIMUM, I'd be shocked. But if your *** has a bunch of tickets already, you may not get shit.
