Wheels on the way!!!
 

Well I finally have a set of wheels on the way. I was originally looking at a set of Volks that phelan had for sale but I was saving for the GTM SC.

Well I sat on my thumb too long and RCZ got them before I had a chance, so I started looking at the Advan RS-Ds. After my hopes for Advan RS-D were crushed by 4r3s I had to go back to looking as I can't have the same aftermarket wheels as another Mid-A member.

So I saw another set of nice Volks, I pulled the trigger on these before someone else could get them. These should stay unique for quite some time...

They ship Thursday and I should have them next week...

I had seen those and thought about doing the exact same thing. With our BC Roadsters and the same wheels, we'd be twins. You wouldn't mind would ya?

Haha yeah and I thought the engine bay was tight with the v6.

I know theres a spray can product that you can use on regular chrome to get the black chrome effect. I was at one point contemplating doing this to my exhaust, but that thought died really quickly. Way too much effort.

Kirk, those will look real nice on the Zed Sled! When you said you were looking for a set of Volks I was wondering which ones? Thankfully, you won't have to worry about mine and yours being the same as I went with the TE-37SLs.
