Maryland Z Tuners - GROUP MEET
Hello Everyone!
Here is the info for our next group meet: When: Saturday, August 13th Where: Buffalo Wild Wings - White Marsh Mall We will meet in the parking lot between 6pm and 8pm, then head into Buffalo Wild Wings for delicious wings and beer! All are welcome, the more the merrier! Hope to see you guys there! - Chris Watson - MARYLAND Z TUNERS |
F*ck soooooo far away... damn it.
|
See original post for date change!
|
Hey Chris, if the guys from the 350/370 groups don't mind, have you considered consolidating the meets. We could all meet together at Columbia in the morning. It looks like we have about the same meet dates but with different times which makes it harder for one to go to Columbia in the morning then White Marsh in the afternoon. Just a thought boss man ;)
|
or - for all MD meets.. maybe just a little closer to VA... for some of our sakes :)

Also, for those who havent joined my group (mdztuners.com), stop on by and sign up! This will allow you to receive emails on meeting dates and site updates, etc...we need more 370s!
|
Chris, we are meeting on Saturday at 10AM in Columbia. 6111 Dobbin Rd, Columbia, MD
Nice try Randy  Ain't much fun in VA, all the cops, crazy traffic rules, $1500 stop sign violations, girlfriends entitled to 50% of your assets...:stirthepot: |

The whole point of the MD meets is to be more accessible for the MD ppl, not the VA ppl. That's what the FFX meet is for :bowrofl: |
hahaha Shahid, I can feel the heat building up from VA.
|
i don't mind going to MD for a meet, but Baltimore is over an hour... more like an hour and a half... just thinking maybe something in southern MD so i could actually find the time...

What about Frederick? that's more like 45 min... and less traffic?

i get it :) plus notice how i'm not even recognizing that there is a part of Virginia that is not Northern Virginia...
( Annapolis? <- that's a nice place to visit... ) |

As for the MAZOC meets, I think we just found our comfort zone in Columbia, which is a fairly nice area itself. We tried King's Contrivance and Bowie Town Center, but the Dobbin Location seems to be preferred. I would hesitate to move to Annapolis because traffic on 50 gets rough, and Annapolis is so nice that it's always crowded. |

That was your fault Dan. You should have called us to tell us you were stopping and there wouldn't have been an issue. |

LMAO, this is awesome!

Doesn't matter really. We've already established that I suck at leading cruises. Just don't go getting angsty with b1ades when the fault lies with me and you, clearly. |

Bottom line is, if the MD members want to move our meets (MAZOC ones), then I say go for it, although I like the Dobbin Rd Target. |
I believe it's going to be hard to change the MD meet location at this point but I also think that if we could have Chris's meet and our meet merged that might make it easy on most. Again, it was a suggestion; if possible cool if not then so be it (Chris did state that most people were spread across MD). It's all good folks ;)
|
yea - pay no attention to me :) i'm being like that annoying neighbors dog yapping in the background... i want steak.
|
You are all but annoying Randy ;)

First of all, I would like to thank everyone for actually posting stuff into my group meet threads (since most people dont ). Also, I think it would be hard to change the location of the MDZTuners meet (white marsh) at this point since some people have already said they can make it. However, I will definitely come to the one in columbia that same morning. And don't worry about thread jacking etc, thats how new ideas come up!

Welcome to Mid-A where there is no such thing as an on topic thread
