I don't really know much, but I've heard that taking rte 28 is very fun all the way into South Carolina. I don't know how far out of your way it takes you.

Well the fastest way to anywhere in the FL is I-95, I-10, or I-75.. but you're not gonna find a whole lotta twisties..
