M4A1 and I are running the Audio Technica Pro24 CM. Not the best option out there as far a sound quality goes but far surpasses the mic on the GoPro. Plus at around 50-60 bucks you can afford to beat it up a little bit. Prob about as good as you can do at that price point.

my go pro never worked right. I got a contour, its much easier to use and works great.

also lovin the contour... super simple to use - good results.

P.S if anyone has thought about a powdercoated strut bar but didnt wanna deal witht he shipping, Mike has a spare strut bar, pay the man to get what you want done and i can bring it up to Zdayz and swap it there.

Go Pro isn't hard to use, but the documentation just plain sucks for it.

I mean, how difficult is "Two Buttons: Power and Shutter"?

Operating one is super easy. It's what you do when you hook it up to a PC that needs a complete re-do. Heck, for the money, the thing should come with video editing software.

How much is a powder coated strut bar ... just curious.
