:icon18: Jay, please refer to Page 1 to see what B1ades is referring to. Leave VDC on till you have perfect control over your car. There's been many instances of people crashing with VDC off. Just look at the video up above for perfect example of guy with poor driving skills with VDC OFF. He almost took down the Hyundai in the process ;)

Just take it one step at a time to kind of ease into it. Turning VDC off will increase the tolerance for you to slide out, but it will still kick in if you go way out of control. Warning though, that alone will not prevent you from wrecking your Z.
