Great driving roads in Maryland

I was actually just looking at stringing a drive from Pretty Boy Reservoir over to Loch Raven. Was just mapping that last night! It's also possible that Patapsco Valley State

It's also possible that Patapsco Valley State Park in Ellicott City has some scenic roads, but I don't know if that's true (or if you have to pay to enter that park).
