 Up here in MN, we don't close schools until there's so much snow that the buses can't get through the streets. That means the recent snow storm we had which collapsed the Metrodome was enough to delay schools for a couple of days.Now it's snowing again. The schools also allow kids to go outside and play until the temps are below 0º F...
