I'd like to hear what a person who is not familiar with the BBC Top Gear has to say about the U.S. version. I am a big Top Gear fan and I'm not really digging the new show. It's too hard to match the personalities and character of the BBC hosts. There were moments that seemed like they were even just copying some of the lines directly from the UK shows script. And they barely acknowledge their version of the Stig! They just introduce him as the "Silent Racing Driver" and thats it. It's just not working for me. Like I said, I'd like to hear a new viewers thoughts on it to have a more unbiased opinion. Maybe it is a decent show or just needs time to grow into one.
