**FunctionTUNED Takes You to the REAL TRACK/BBQ/Kart/Models - Sunday Sept. 26th**

Date Change to Sunday September 26, 2010

Sometimes....you just wanna RACE!

It's time to take your skills to the next level and match them up against the clock and your potential competitors.

We all want to go to the track, but the track takes a lot of time and prep. It's not the most intuitive thing to do. Believe me I've experienced it.

Well.....

Let FunctionTUNED and Summit Point Karting be your guide!

We've been setting up for this all year and now it's time to take it to the next level!

Pictures say a thousand words and video speaks about 100 bazillion more.

Summit Point Karting is by far the best introduction to road racing sports. You'll have the opportunity to have a TON of fun, learn to drive the course with technique, use your brakes and put the smack down. The kart will be provided so your baby doesn't get abused needlessly while you're training.

For the not faint of heart - GP3

We've setup a GP race for those that really want seat time and a healthy competitive environment. GP 3 Races Consist of the following

• Practice
• Qualifying
• RACE
• Possible Final Elimination Race for Top of the 1st Race if there's enough racers

What's it gonna cost?

Not $199

Not $149

No Not Even $99

Yep that's right only a measly $75!

What!?!?!

75 bucks for a full day of karting with practice, qualifying, one and possibly two races, a fast kart on a real race track?

Not only that but if you sign up now we'll throw-in

**Just pay for your own gas to get to Summit Point**

Hey Everyone! We're going to change the date to the 26th. I know some poeple are going to miss out and we're sorry about that but seems a lot of people are out of town the 5th for Labor Day.

tooohip 08-30-2010 11:18 AM

Ah crap... I'm out then.

ZCarMan 08-30-2010 03:36 PM

Double Crap. I'm in GA for Z Nationals the weekend of the 26th so won't be there either. Too bad.

We'll be on track from 12 to 6. There is going to be a lot of seat time. Practice, Qualify, and Race (possible second race). The base karts are provided which are faster then the fast ones at All Sports.

Dave@Function 09-16-2010 03:11 PM

14 Pre-Paid! Its getting close! This is going to be sooooo much fun! For those signed up please pre-pay so I can transfer funds to SPK by Friday the 24th.

4r3s 09-16-2010 04:54 PM

I am assuming it will be okay to meet you all at summit point since driving all the way down to dulles from baltimore first really makes no sense, right?

Dave@Function 09-17-2010 11:08 AM

Sure no worries! :)
