tagged rear hip, no powder coating, cops want to race

I love it when you go to fill up gas in your car and you find someone hit your rear passenger side "hip"... no note, no idea when it happened.

I love it when you go to fill up gas in your car and you find someone hit your rear passenger side "hip"... no note, no idea when it happened. Can't freaking believe it. Naturally the angle of the picture and the grey car color help so you only see where the paint was ripped off and not all the scratches along with it, but it definitely looks a lot worse in real life. Is it that hard to be a decent person and leave a freaking note?!

Anyways and other news, been trying to find a place to powder coat my rims in MD... AAM said they have NO contacts to do it, IAG (subaru people) said they can't do it. Is it really that hard to do it?!

Also, was heading back from the Baltimore farmers market on Sunday. Doing 80 in the left lane of 83N when a cop got on 83. I went down to 65 and moved to the center lane. The cop (25-30yrs old) matched my speed, honked and kept doing a 'point forward motion'. I couldn't tell if he meant "stop looking at me and watch the road" or what, so i just looked straight. He honked again and did it a 2nd time, then floored it and took off... oh, guess he wanted to race/see me take off. First time thats ever happened, thats for sure!
