Blacked Out Z

I finally saved enough to get the wheels powdercoated matte black, the door handles painted black pearl, and the tail lights spray tinted black. I'm really pleased with the results. Update: The intakes and the custom blackened headlights from MR Works are completed and so are the landing strip LEDs along with the Angel Eye LEDs and the Green Monster Demon Eyes.

Good stuff, however I like only a few stuff you did especially the tail lights.

Crappy pictures, but the car looks great!

I debated vinyl tint overlays but opted to spend the extra money to get them looking great and never having to worry about peeling or anything. They did turn out awesome!

Very nice Jon! Guess I'm gonna have to "white out" my Roadster now....:icon17:

Now you just need to add the Carbon Fiber front & back Z medallions (Z Store) -- after (of course) you do your Exhaust Tips.....:icon17:

Seriously, she looks VERY NICE!

You are traveling tomorrow right? Back for our final pre-CruiZ (an AAM Grand Re-Opening) on the 15th?

Thanks, I kicked myself for leaving my decent camera sitting on the dining room table before I left today. I'll get some much better ones on the 15th at the AAM Competition Open House.

Thanks Steve, I was really happy when I picked her up. Had to drive through Friday afternoon traffic though from D and V to AAM Comp to drop her off again to have them install the intakes and headlights. But I did get a walk through of the work space at AAM Competition. Yes, I'm on travel tomorrow morning so won't be at tomorrow's coffee meet. I'll probably be picking the Z up at the Open House on the 15th.

Although the pics are with my crappy iPhone camera you can still see what I'm talking about. Now, only the intakes and the custom blackened headlights from MR Works are left.

I won't have access to it until next week (at the shop for additional mods) but I will post some better pics at that time.

Thanks! Marco and Ryan are working the headlights and I'll hopefully have them in by the end of next week. I'm really looking forward to seeing them on my Z.
