y0! Rep power gets increased by the number of posts you do. And if someone gives you rep that little box under rep power starts to go up, too. Take a look at your rep in just a few minutes! :tiphat:

Oh...and to rep someone....just hit that little icon in the middle (looks like a scale?) and then you can leave your rep comment. Be sure to include your screen name so the other person knows who sent the rep. That's key to get rep back....well, sometimes. ;)

Just be aware....you can't rep the same person over and over....there needs to be a break between individuals. Also, you can over rep for the day and if you do, you get hit with a 24 hour "wait" until you can rep again. Sux....but it does happen.

It takes about 100 posts before the rep power goes up. And as the rep power goes up it takes more posts to get to the next level. Same holds true with rep. It takes awhile but once it starts growing it goes fast. ;)
