And even when you do, it doesnt handle the power very well unless you throw on coilovers (the stock suspension SUCKS on the 335) and new tires (which also suck). It also doesnt handle NEAR as well as the 370. Plus, unless you buy it new, its most likely been ragged on and those turbos have been very unreliable. Its very smooth and comfortable however, something I despise on a sports car. If you want a bmw sports car, get an m3.

(can you tell I dont like the 335?)

Hahaha well I would only buy new. (personal preference)

I do like the Z though so keeping it as a DD and getting a Corvette would be a better move. :icon17:

What about the Altima? I know people might balk at this, but if you get a Vette, might as well sell the Z and keep the Altima, so you have something easier to drive in bad weather, and something which has four seats.

Just my 2 pennies.

amen brother

You need a beater, ive got an 08 honda pilot as my daily driver (dont really daily drive it though, considering I work from home 100% of the time). Id keep the altima and buy the vette. Not sure why youd need 2 toys and a beater, but, like I tell my wife and family regarding all the debt im in, you only live once! :driving:

Yeah you threw practicality out the window on that one LOL. You need to get a HOME first, stop throwing money away on an apartment! Hell brother even I know that. And im not underwater either ;)

And no, im not going to be like that guy on that thread a month back or so telling you how to spend your money that got you all riled up ;)

:roflpuke2:

I will get a house eventually when I am comfortable with price and location and all of the jazz.

m4a1mustang 02-22-2012 08:38 AM

And if you compare the S2K to other cars in its class (go karts) it is very practical!

Cristobal09 02-22-2012 08:42 AM

I mean I cant say too much, at one point, up until dec 2010, I have a clk 500 and an m3 convertible. My wife has an 08 Tiburon. Yeah....I was real practical.

If I could do it all over again, id get a prius instead of a damn gas guzzling Pilot.

(Its the liberal in me!!!)

You'd be WOT all the time in the Prius, cancelling out any of that enviro-friendly nonsense. :bowrofl:

I was driving my mom's Prius pretty quick when we got ot and still managed to get 45 mpg :icon17:

Cristobal09 02-22-2012 10:37 AM

Its hilarious, if you go onto prius forums, their big thing is seeing how many mpg they can get. One guy measured how low he could put his windows down (he measured them to the millimeter) to get the best mileage. Another guy literally bought like 5 sets of tires and ran them for about a thousand miles each to see what gave the best mileage.

Its a little opposite of what we do here.....

Liar, they talk about how fast they are and how much torque the electric motor produces allowing them to beat M3's and the like off the line. :roflpuke2:

Very true. Prius is unmatched in the 0-6mph test.

This has been proven to be a false statement after numerous real world tests.
