will AAM be less/more costly? Also what OIL do they use?

Any oil you want. Or we could get Mobil, Redline, Eneos, even Motul. Labor is usually around $40 and you're in and out in 45 minutes.

which OIL / Filter did you get?

is it suggested to keep using the same oil all the time?

I'm been doing Redline 5w30 and a K&N filter. They don't seem to care.

thanks, is 5 and 1/8 quarts the right amount? I am trying to figure out if I should get 6 quarts or 5...
