Honestly, if that doesnt get thrown out, I'll be shocked. Isnt it fairly common knowledge that there can be a +/- 5 mph swing on speedometers? Not to mention tire wear can impact it slightly...there are lots of angles you could approach arguing this ticket.

Well its quite common on Grand Island from what ive heard, my wife's parents got nabbed for going 4 over once and it was thrown out since her dad had a clean driving record. Its just one stretch in front of the school on the island where theyll sit on the side and just pull people cause theyre bored......its not like theres ever too much going on in GI anyways.
