by the way, I haven't seen a single Z at the local dealer.. for like weeks... I havent bothered to stop by and investigate.. but do you guys think its related to the catastrophe in Japan, they are not in season, is the model discontinued, or something else?

Definitely the lack of new inventory coming in from Japan due to the situation there.

Back on topic. This Saturday we'll be at the VA Fair Lakes Starbucks next to Kohls. Lets see if we can't get a decent turnout and maybe get a nice group photo.

Definitely there -- looking forward to seeing folks. Actually drove the ZR down to Charlottesville this week for a short TDY -- I'd almost forgotten what it was like to drive her......:icon17:

I can imagine so. The upside to all that is that each time you get back, you look forward to hopping in the ZR and taking off on the road!

Of course. You live in Virginia!

ZCarMan 08-05-2011 03:27 PM

Al, you going to be able to make it to Fairfax tomorrow? I see five folks have signed up on the meetup webpage for the MAZOC 370Z group meet tomorrow. Hopefully we'll see a few more!

I might. I've been fighting a nasty virus all week. If I feel good in the morning, I'll be there to infect everyone with flu-like symptoms. If not, I'll be sleeping on my couch while "Top Gear" or "Lock & Load With R. Lee Ermey" play in the background.

Stay home and get well.. Nothing like a virus in the middle of summer to take you offline. Or, suck it up and make your way down and drink a triple shot! :icon17:

I came in to work today. The worst of it is definitely over. But I'm not 100%. It's a game-time decision.
