I made way too much food for the celebration of life party. The serves 100 recipes I found served about 250 so I froze some sides to pack with. 2

I made way too much food for the celebration of life party. The serves 100 recipes I found served about 250 so I froze some sides to pack with.

2 trays of potatoe salad, 2 trays of three bean salad and a crock pot full of little smokies. Depending on how crazy this week is I'm going to try and make a chicken casserole for some easy lunches also.

No guarantees on the casserole but I'll have the rest in tow
