So we will either arrive wicked late Thurs or afternoonish Fri. If we decide to go the seafood route, i'll order it around the 23rd. Should only take 2 days or overnight for arrival. It can be frozen until day of the event. I also plan to load up on some NYS corn and salt potatoes. Deep dish and Kuba Kuba's will be on hand alongside some local beers.
