my parents just got about 100lbs of a cow delivered. i can check see how much ground they got and could bring some for you to do some magic with.

had burgers from it the other day they were fantastic.

Curious if you have had Vidalia Sweet Onions before. That is all my wife cooks with. They are local to us.

Are vidalia onions even considered a regional thing? I just assumed they were common across the board. I use them when caramelizing, blooming them, or making dips.

Yes, they only grow like that in our area due to the soil. They ship all over the place though.
