Picked up 20lb of pork roast for the pulled pork samiches :yum:

Cooking it up here then freezing it for transport. Will just need to dump it in a crock pot for some easy lunches :tup:

I can't fly out on Thurs or Fri now due to work. The flights on Sat don't really work and are now more expensive to boot :thumbsdown:

I'm going to hold onto my Fri/Mon flights just in case I can get out of work. Got a spot on the floor for me just in case? I can bring a cot or air mattress easy enough.
