2011 370z Touring sport fs and/or part out

Up for sale is my 11 370z touring sport with every option available. Runs and drives flawlessly. The reason I'm selling is because I finally found a 280z and since i'm planning on purchasing a 2015 nismo late winter/early spring I figure focus on the 280z, oh and plus my wife says so lol. All upgrades were installed in the last couple months and have maybe a couple hundred miles on them since I hardly drive the car. Car is a 7at with paddle shifters, everything works as it should without any problems. The few upgrades I've done are...

Haven't gone crazy with it, just few upgrades. I don't track it, I don't beat on it, very occasional spirited sprints but again I don't beat on it. To be honest my daily driving style doesn't match the car.

The car has been perfect, haven't had any problems with it at all and there is no underlying problems. I'm truly sad to have to let it go. I'll post this for a couple days as is and then ill start pulling the parts off it and sell it stock.
