Zs all over the place in NOVA

I see at least 5 a day now. They are popping up everywhere. No longer is the 370 a rare car in this area. :)

Damn, I've seen exactly two 370s and one 350 since I test-drove one a month ago here in CT.

I bought my Z in March and went a couple months without seeing another on the road. It was nice... but now they are absolutely everywhere, which I was expecting to happen sooner or later given the sheer volume of 350s we have around here.

911s far outnumber us, though... which is to expected in an area where even the Pizza Hut delivery guy drives a brand new 3 Series. :icon18:

ZCarMan 10-23-2009 06:25 PM

I've seen two in the last couple of weeks in the Woodbridge area. One was Blue and the other was Yellow but I don't think it was Lance.

chris410 10-23-2009 07:05 PM

I saw a yellow one...besides that I have not seen any. Odd that the white one I used to see everyday is gone.

tooohip 10-26-2009 01:43 AM

I rarely see any... Chicks dig the hosermobile! ;-)

NOVA sucks anyway! ;-)

m4a1mustang 10-26-2009 06:14 AM

There is a yellow one now that lives in my complex.

zZSportZz 10-26-2009 07:20 AM

Conclusion: Time to move :)

chris410 10-26-2009 02:58 PM

I saw a silver sport in Manassas off 28, I think it was parked outside of Friday's. Looked good!

2theextreme 10-26-2009 11:14 PM

I saw a black one myself just this past weekend in Springfield. Sitting at the McDonald's in my aunt's Mustang and she said: "Nissan 370"......looked back and yep, sure enough. Looked like it had personalized plates but didn't get a chance to make them out.

There is also a black one in my parking garage at work. Ah well.....I still have the Volks and the RE-11's! These didn't! :p

Jon@Altered 10-27-2009 03:57 PM

Never see any in MD. :(

Another Black one! Shat! Twasn't me though as I was up in Woodbridge and Fairfax for coffee but not in Springfield.

They'll be another if I can ever get my butt back to Woodbridge area. Probably end up closer to Stafford...we'll see.

I don't know which I hate more...the winter of VA or the summer of GA. :driving:

The Z wouldn't even be an option any more north than Maryland. Even in VA, I would have thought about the Z a little more before purchasing.

Any day the temps are over 40 and the roads are clear, ima driving the Z! :driving:

chris410 11-22-2009 09:02 AM

I have seen more lately, every color but PW.

Come on down to VA! It's not always about snowfall... we get lots of icing here in the bad winters which sucks.

I could totally go for 70 degrees in May/June though, as opposed to the 90's we get in April in GA. That's why i want to live in Southern NC...right in the middle...(of the hurricane! haha)

:iagree:

zrider 03-02-2010 02:22 PM

same here, had my car for about 3 months saw no 370's and now i see them everywhere

cdawg410 03-02-2010 04:12 PM

So do we mod mod mod to maintain some individuality or do we trade her in for an M3?

m4a1mustang 03-02-2010 04:16 PM

Make yours louder and meaner than the next!!!

FWIW I saw like 4 M3s on the way to work today.

cdawg410 03-02-2010 05:06 PM

oh without a doubt you'll see a butt load of M3's in our area however.... it's an M3. There's exclusivity in a niche vehicle such as ours and then there's exclusivity because well, because it's the U.D.M.

NCSUPACK09 03-02-2010 05:33 PM

I hardly ever see any 370s on the road in the Ashburn/Sterling area.

I kinda like it though :happydance:

PapoZalsa 03-02-2010 06:04 PM

I'm pretty sure I'll see more 370Zs in the Spring/Summer, for now all I see are 350Zs.

m4a1mustang 03-02-2010 06:17 PM

Saw a silver Nismo on the way home today.

VADSG 03-02-2010 09:11 PM

I drove to Charlotte, NC last weekend to do the Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure. I did not see a single 370Z on the way down and back or in Charlotte.

rtcpenguin 03-13-2010 08:54 AM

I see probably one or two 370s whenever Im on 66 and a ton of 350s everywhere. Theres a guy that parks a 370 on the street by the taco bell in fair lakes.

madelf 03-13-2010 10:23 AM

South of Quantico I see maybe 1 or 2 every now and then. Not many down this way.....

I've still only seen two 370s in my area since they came out. I've seen them several times, no doubt, but they are the same two Zs every time.

Now 350z, thats a different story. They're far more common 'round these parts! (as one would expect)

m4a1mustang 04-21-2010 08:38 AM

Crazy. I pretty much don't post spotted threads anymore since I see 5-6 370Zs a day. I saw three on the way in to work this morning.
