The rear subframe at Courtesy Nissan is only $1,034, I get cabin filters for $8, and the valve cover gasket is $40 including the spark plug hole unit at Nisssan. So no you're being killed by labor...

The Nismo and Performance (I believe) still have the 3 switch positions on the center console. The Nismo only has a single position being used for the hatch release, the Performance (or whichever...

I was considering letting it go if the repair was successful, but I'm probably going to hang on to it a while longer. I was able to get a good look at most of the engine internals while doing the...

Z1 Solid Aluminum Trans mount - Noise Abatement Tip
Put the factory one back on. You don't need to upgrade it. Solid trans mounts are extremely noisy. Solid engine mounts make noise too but once you get going it is not a big deal. It is only noisy at...

Final update on this: Got the coolant system flushed and refilled this afternoon. Drove the car off the ramps and took her to the pumps for a fill up as a test drive. Checked the timing a few more...

The cabin air filter should be looked at once a year. The other issues are common. The diff bushing is a royal pita. It's about a day and a half job. I've done 3 of them. If you were closer. I'll...
