Actually those codes can be due to exhaust leaks around the cat. Often the aftermarket HFC uses the triangular flat style gaskets which will almost always leak. I would suggest checking for exhaust...

The Z is sensitive to the transmission mounts. People have used solid motor mounts and the oem tranny mount with no issues. Changed the tranny mount to a stiffer one, and got a lot of NVH.
