I love everything about aftermarket DD stereo but its position...I've factory GPS not a big fan of it...

Yeah its a bit too low for my taste as well, and sometimes on sunny days depending on the direction of the sun hard to see.

How is the response time between the unit and your iPod? I have a 6160 and it takes forever sometimes.
