Pulling the fuse disables the steering lock and preventing it from seizing up on you, like it is now. You should be pulling the fuse Before it goes into locked down, not AFTER! :o What you can do...

No front and rear plate, no cats, all windows tinted 15% going on 3 years and zero ***** given. When the time comes I'll deal with it :D
