I wouldn't buy an 09 without a power train warranty. I wouldn't buy any 370 without it

Not true. Oil consumption was a problem with some motors, but it would have been replaced by now. CSC failure has nothing to do with how you drive it. It's just luck yours hasn't failed.

Frustrating, but I doubt you'll find ANY car out there that will never have a problem. -Your problem with the clutch is likely the CSC failure, which is well documented...

All of those items are pretty common, especially 09's. Some time in 2011, they removed the steering lock mechanism. Also replacing the CSC with a beefier aftermarket unit would have been a better...
