Hey zilverbullet. i'm not that low, have been on coils and cbe almost a year and never scraped on driveways, speedbumps etc. the scrape was my fault...the city broke up my driveway to fix drainage and not think i drove over like boulders. i was on my cell phone yapping and not paying attention. I can assure you speed bumps nor driveways scraped my canissters. the boulders really scraped my crossmember to but that is ok. the exhaust is was bit the dust. i was soooo pissed. Got a really good price from FI to replace the rar of the exhaust but I'm trading it in this winter anyway so it just isn't worth it.

Hey sweet ride and bike! I noticed from your mod pics you are lowered with the BC's, are you scraping you FI cans at all? How much clearance do you have and do you scrape even going 45degrees through speedbumps and driveways? Thanks for the input

*Edit* just read a little bit lower, sorry to hear about the exhaust leak :/ I would flip balls if I did that which is what's stopping me from going c/o (just got my exhaust 2-3 weeks ago)

Summer is probably the best time to have one. Good beach weather.

I am...not until the fall/winter. I never keep cars long (Only my Honda). I'm really bad about that. I love the look and it's a blast to drive but I get bored easy. And the crampness is about to make me lose my mind. I travel alot even though by myself I carry aa lot of crap. No room for my gear and luggage not to mention an ooccasional travel buddy. Looking at the Audi S line up or may just stick with Nissan and get the FX. We will see...in the meantime I will enjoy the Z for the summer.

my FI would be a horrible example sad to say...the city broke up my driveway a few weeks ago. I didn't think the gravel and uneveness would scrape the canister but I scraped them both and I now have an exhaust leak. It doesn't have the authentic exotic sound that made me purchase it. so for now it is a bit louder than normal...and not nearly as peppy off the line. pisses me off to think about it. gonna trade it in the fall/winter so it's not worth another 1500.00 to replace.
