The kit install itself is not bad at all. I would estimate it would take good weekend (25 hrs) If you have all your tools lined up. I approve of the kit's design. The instructions for the most part is clear. There were some areas that I couldn't follow but you could post and ask for help. Quite a few people have taken on the task so there are people who can help. SASHA is pretty good with respond to e mails And pm's. I would rate the turbo install itself a 6/10.

List of things to have ready:
-clutch and flywheel to handle power goal
-tools, sockets, lots of extensions, wobble bits, large adjustable Cresent wrench
-safe flat surface and Jack stands
-some lube ( I used water based like KY) to lube up the couplers so they slide together easier
-good light to see around in
-make sure you can get the cat off
-soldering iron and shrink wrap

Thanks! It's really tight in there but I'll try route it like the AAM kit. I installed the trans and torqued everything and also put back the driveshaft. Hoping to finish the power steering...

Found that pesky fuel gremlin!!! My buddy 1) pinched the power wire from the tophat connector to the fuel pump connector and 2) didn't push in the blue pin locking device for the in-tank connector...

As it should :)

Interesting. Looks like that comp turbo basically performs almost identically to my PT6266 ball bearing turbo.

Super excited! Finally the first time I can see my work in place. Install the engine quickly with just the passenger side so it's easier to drop in. Checking clearances and whether I can adjust lines...

Another small update! Used a 90 degree fitting instead for the coolant line and it made it fit a lot better. I also got all the downpipe studs that were stuck out and put new ones in. Hoping these...
