The place is called Super Autobacs Tokyo Bay. This is their address: 東京都江東区東雲２丁目７−２０. I am sure you can find it on google. I remembered when I got out of the subway, I had to walk about 30mins to get there. Could of took the bus, but I don't speak Japanese and people in Japan doesn't understand English.
