Just a heads up, mine had something similar and it was a damaged injector and it ended up frying the computer.

With a complete flat bottom i know my aim points the 4 square screws holding the flat panel to the block.

220 sounds too low to trigger a nanny. FSM should have a setpoint value. My guess is that AIT is getting too high. A decent OBD scanner will read AIT.

Fuel pump, fuel pump hat (breaking) and intank hoses are a common problem. Check your fuel pressure.
