Looks like belt slip to me. Simple way to test this is just hit it with some belt conditioner which is a short term band aid fix but it will grip enough for a day to determine if its belt related or...

The way mine is setup is the barb in the front of the manifold goes directly to the bypass valve, as recommended by tial this shouldn't be shared with anything else. I use that port in-between the...

None, same size as the stock damper if you bought the right one.

Its not just you....Its inherent to the Vortech systems if you do not run a filter. The Rotrex does not sufffer from this since it runs a filter.

If your pulley is a 2.75, that would be the 10lb pulley. The 9lb pulley is 2.87. I would definitely use the K071040 belt then. Idler pulley is fine

You could try the Gates K071040 instead of the 45. It's 15mm's shorter. That's what I ran and never had any issues

Have now replaced the Stillen TB ext cable with the one from Michigan Motorsports. I hope this resolves any further limp modes with a P1239 code. :shakes head:

Are you using a TB extension harness? If so do not trust it although mine has never thrown a P1239 from hitting a big bump or pothole, only random, unpredictable times. I now have a routine to fix...
