Virginia let you have that exhaust system? Based on all I've heard about Virginia, it seems like the state that doesn't allow you to do anything to your car.

In most cases almost anything you do to your car here is illegal. What it really comes down to is how flamboyant you are with it. Most cops won't just pull you over for some aftermarket stuff unless you're speeding or revving or just doing something obnoxious. But once you DO get pulled over, they're gonna get you for everything they can.
