11 years at one building is crazy. When I first transferred here it was 3 or 4 years. The last time they hired a driver was Jan/Feb '06!!!!! It just died out, guys that started a few months before I transferred in were the last ones hired fulltime. The last 7 years ive made almost 40k a year so for me its well worth it and I can be lazy and lay around if I dont want to go in! haha Orlando is the typical hub, always in need for bodies to show up lol so my manager shouldnt have any issues transferring me. What can ya do with the wifes job as a doctor, we will never make that much money. Just gotta keep her happy.

nice. i just made full time.. 11 year part timer here.. and in my opinion extra shifts as a part timer where not worth it. but the pay was great... untill u tried making the extra bit. i actually made more hourly as a part timer than i did starting out as a driver.. but soon ill be making around 30/hour. thats good they letting you transfer.. up here i tried to transfer closer to school and they wounldn't let me... said id have to quit and reapply, loseing all my senority and pay. complete b/s.

just a part timer at night, clerk. I have to stay part time so I can transfer. My fiance soon to be wife is a doctor so the money doesnt matter. The drivers have been getting back around 7 or so on average. I just hit my 15 year anniversery. Its not bad, good pay at that many years. Cant complain, always work every extra shift they let me have. Ill be transferring down to Orlando hub after christamas cause of her job. Good to meet ya!
