AK, renewed my premium membership to the other day for $20 and today I was charged an additional $15 with a recurring subscription. Help!

I may have missed something so forgive me if I overlooked it. I paid for the premium membership with sticker. Was I supposed to do something to get the sticker or will it be sent to my address via Paypal? I didnt read what it entailed, just sent the money. Thanks
