Sorry for the late reply. No issues, everything went well. I reused my old splash shields, just had to trim them to fit. You can use the original splash shield also, just drill a few holes. Fitment is perfect!

Yo! I read your post on the Nismo front conversion back in 2011 and have a few a few questions.

    quote tjlazer:

Here is what you need for a front Nismo bumper conversion.

    • Front bumper - FBM23-1A47H ($578.61)
    • Front bumper diffuser - F2026-1A47A ($346.01)
    • Wheel well protectors - F20641A30A, F20641A30B, F20641A30C, F20641A30D ($97.24 EA)
    • (Two) Bracket-Front F20421A30A (62675) ($83.47 EA)
    • (six) Rivets U0RVT1A007 (62010R) ($1 EA)

The rest of the parts you can use from your original bumper hardware

Optional: You can mod/hack your original ones to fit or get the real ones

    • F3845-1A30A (Front inner wheel well liner for one side) ($54.13)
    • F3844-1A30A (Other side) ($54.13)
    • G5892-1A30A (Under Engine Cover) ($964.91)

Did you run into problems or have any fitment issues not using those optional parts? I'm thinking of skipping those because $$$ and just getting everything you listed on the first list.

Also did you install the bumper yourself? or had a a shop do it? asking because being OEM, I feel like it would be a simple DIY to replace my 2009 bumper with the Nismo front.

    Thank you!
