The Z1 intake is a little bit less of a hassle than the Stillen Gen3 from what I see. The contact point with the AC line is silicone, so you are most likely won't have any damage from the contact....

I'd start by checking for sensors that could have been broken or unwired when installing the suspension/exhaust parts. My guess is that it's an engine speed or transmission speed sensor.
