The company who did my headlights is no longer in business. They disappeared about 1 1/2 years ago. One of the guys got married and he got out of the business. They were called MRWorks. The main company I can think of who still does headlight modifying is 180|Customs. I believe they have a Facebook page and if i remember right they said that was the fastest way to contact them. Sorry I couldnt be of more help.
